American Airlines adds Additional non-stop Daily Service to Dallas Fort Worth International Airport!

Augusta Regional Airport (AGS) is thrilled to announce additional non-stop daily service to the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) beginning March 5, 2020. The Community can begin booking these flights today.

“We look forward to adding the 2nd DFW flight. The morning DFW departure will be particularly attractive to business people-especially those with early or mid-morning meetings in the Midwest or West Coast. With two DFW flights, it provides local travelers more flexibility to arrive and depart out of AGS. It also affords more connectivity into AA’s largest hub, DFW, with over 225 follow-on domestic and international destinations. This constitutes a continuing commitment by AA to grow in the Augusta Market,” said Mr. Herbert Judon Jr., Airport’s Executive Director.

“The flight will be on the 76-seat ERJ 175 Aircraft. The ERJ-175 is a comfortable mid-sized regional jet with more aisle and overhead compartment space then some of the smaller regional aircraft. I want to thank the local community for using the Airport and serving as the catalyst for our growth. However, I also want to emphasize how important it is for local air travelers to continue to use AGS in order for us to maintain these new flights and continue our growth. As a reminder, the non-stop Washington DC flight will begin on January 7, 2020.”

The schedule for the additional DFW flight is as follows:

Arriving AGS 9:44 PM
Departing AGS 7:15 AM

You may book these flights today, December 2, 2019 by visiting www.FlyAGS.com or by calling American Airlines directly at 1-800-433-7300 or www.AA.com.
