AGS Partners with Gold Cross to Host Second, Free COVID Vaccine Clinic!

Augusta Regional Airport (AGS) & Gold Cross EMS have partnered to provide the community a second, free, COVID Vaccine Clinic.
The clinic will be at AGS on Monday, June 7th from 1:00 p.m.- 6:00 p.m. to provide the Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine. The event location will be at Hangar 2 located at 1520 Hangar Road. Please follow the attached map for directions.

The first vaccine clinic was held on May 17th. The primary audience for the June 7th event are those individuals returning for their second dose. However, the clinic will accept individuals requiring their first dose. These individuals will have to make arrangements elsewhere for their second Pfizer dose.

Appointments are not required and vaccines will be distributed on a first come first served basis, while supplies last.

“We had a good turnout at the first clinic. Those who came out for their first vaccine, don’t forget about returning for the second vaccine,” said Augusta Commissioner, Ms. Catherine Smith McKinght.

“As always our city airport continues to bring great value to our Augusta citizens, as well as, our world visitors. Thanks for all they do,” said Augusta Commissioner, Mr. John Clarke.

This clinic was conceptualized by Commissioner Catherine Smith McKnight of District 3 and Commissioner John Clarke of District 10.
